Talent Manager
• Understand stakeholder requirements and proactively respond to any HR/business related requests & expectations
• Build trust and respect as an HR expert among the Business leaders and respective teams to enhance quality of relationship and service with stakeholders
• Implement and improve strategies on capability development as well as talent management in conjunction with CoEs.
enable Talent management and succession planning alongwith CoE to ensure people development initiatives are undertaken
• Actively participate in field work to understand the field challenges and try to resolve the same.
• Proactively implement systems to mitigate IR cases within the Field Force within assigned TAT
• Raise the standard of strategy and process implementation to lower TAT across applicable HR metrics to positively impact Business and HR stakeholders.
• Effectively partner with business in order to address issues towards quick closure
• Regular maintenance and updation of productivity and employee lifecycle analytics to enable strategic decision making.
• Promote and support digital initiatives.
• Build a culture of open communication, engagement and create an energized workplace.
Requisite for the role -
- MBA in HR degree is preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR or related field
- Strong organization, communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
