Position: Human Resources Business Partner (6-months contract)

The ideal candidate will have experience in areas related to the human resources field. They should be comfortable onboarding new candidates and collecting necessary background information as well as assisting employees while s candidate should work closely with management in order to provide training for employees and establish ways to increase employee engagement.

  • HR Policy Review & Updates

Assess and update existing HR policies to align with local labor laws and company guidelines.

Draft, revise, and ensure clear documentation of policies.

Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement changes effectively.

  • Employee Communication & Support

Provide guidance and explanations on HR policies to employees and managers.

Address employee queries regarding policies, benefits, and HR processes.

  • Benefits Training & Education

Educate employees about the company's existing benefits package.

Conduct training sessions and information sessions to enhance employee understanding of benefits.

Ensure employees are aware of how to access and utilize their benefits effectively.

  • Employee Engagement & Career Development

Conduct engagement interviews to gather feedback and insights from employees.

Support career planning discussions with employees, providing guidance on growth opportunities within the company.

  • HR Operations & Compliance

Assist with day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Work closely with the wider HR team on process improvements and best practices.

Support the International HR Team with job changes, system updates and other administrative tasks.

Key Requirements:

  • Education & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

4+ years of experience in an HR generalist, HR policy, or employee relations role.

Prior experience in a multinational or healthcare/med-tech industry is preferred.

  • Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain policies and benefits clearly.

Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Ability to build trust and work collaboratively with employees and stakeholders.

Experience in employee engagement, career development discussions, and HR policy communication.
