HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:
- Oversee site civil design efforts from concept to completion on a variety of projects.
- Design and manage site layout, grading, stormwater/drainage systems, infrastructure, and erosion & sediment control.
- Conduct stormwater management design, hydraulic and hydrology analysis, and SWPPP preparation.
- Manage site civil workflows and maintain compliance with local and state agency requirements.
- Lead client meetings, coordinate with government agencies, and collaborate with contractors and project teams.
- Work closely with permit and entitlement teams to ensure timely permit submissions and approvals.
- Conduct QA/QC reviews on civil plans and reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and professional societies.
- Participate in community service initiatives and promote the company's values and standards.
ARE YOU A SITE CIVIL ENGINEER / PROJECT MANAGER ROCK STAR?
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline with equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in site civil engineering across various project types.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D and stormwater software programs.
- Expertise in stormwater design and report drafting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to make informed design decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, lead teams, and build strong client relationships.
- Willingness to travel as required for projects and client engagements.
