HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Oversee site civil design efforts from concept to completion on a variety of projects.
  • Design and manage site layout, grading, stormwater/drainage systems, infrastructure, and erosion & sediment control.
  • Conduct stormwater management design, hydraulic and hydrology analysis, and SWPPP preparation.
  • Manage site civil workflows and maintain compliance with local and state agency requirements.
  • Lead client meetings, coordinate with government agencies, and collaborate with contractors and project teams.
  • Work closely with permit and entitlement teams to ensure timely permit submissions and approvals.
  • Conduct QA/QC reviews on civil plans and reports.
  • Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and professional societies.
  • Participate in community service initiatives and promote the company's values and standards.

ARE YOU A SITE CIVIL ENGINEER / PROJECT MANAGER ROCK STAR?

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline with equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in site civil engineering across various project types.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
  • Proficiency in Civil 3D and stormwater software programs.
  • Expertise in stormwater design and report drafting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to make informed design decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, lead teams, and build strong client relationships.
  • Willingness to travel as required for projects and client engagements.
