Ground Round Grill and Bar in Neenah, connected to the Best Western Bridgewood Resort Hotel and Conference Center, is looking for an energetic, out-going individual to serve in a casual, family-oriented atmosphere. Individual must be sociable, friendly, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.
Description:Our servers will greet and socialize with restaurant and hotel guests, take and prepare drink, food, and room service orders, while ensuring guests receive superior quality products and service. Servers will also use the point of sale system to accurately punch in orders and collect payment.
Requirements:- Hotel Discounts:
Receive discounts at the Best Western Premier Waterfront Hotel, Copperleaf Boutique Hotel
- Appleton, or at any Best Western International property.
- Ground Round Discounts: (Neenah or Oshkosh)- 50% on duty, 25% off duty, up to 3 other guests.
- Bridgewood Golf Course:
Neenah Discount - Up to 4 guests.
- Holiday Pay:
Time and a half pay on New Year's Eve, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day.
