Warehouse Forklift Operator - 1st Shift (Transportation)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop safe behaviors and work safely.Demonstrate honesty, have a positive attitude, and respect for co-workers.Understand the difference between internal/external customers.Ability to read labels and understand storage locations.Safety check of equipment and assigned work area is properly maintained.Demonstrate and actively support TIDI Products True North, Mission, Core Values, and Guiding Principles.Accurately pick and process orders.Identify and store damaged goods, and put away re-pack items.Preferred previous handling experience; on-the-job training included.Accurately understand and execute customer specifications.Properly receive and move materials within the facility.Build pallets for orders based on knowledge of products in the warehouse.Intermediate understanding of product characteristics to accurately stack items and pallets.Operate RF Scanners to pick orders accurately and perform other systematic entries.Can be trained or has prior experience to operate a stand-up forklift, sit-down forklift, or pallet jack (electric or manual) and perform daily safety checks.Proficient computer knowledge; must have problem-solving/troubleshooting skills pertaining to technology.Perform general housekeeping duties in the warehouse.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

0-2 years of experience preferred; on-the-job training will be provided.HS diploma or GED preferred; any related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a shipping/warehousing environment.Possess good math, reading, and communication skills.Ability to obtain a forklift license and operate a forklift safely.Qualifications
