WGS NS is currently looking for landscapers to work in Eunice, NM. This is a local hire position and does not pay per diem or any relocation fees. In this position as a landscaper, you must be able and willing to learn how to use lawn equipment (i.e. zero turn tractor and other lawn equipment). This is a long-term project offering competitive wages, benefits (medical/dental/vacation/401K) and advancement opportunities.
Responsibilities:- Experience operating a John Deere tractor and deck mowers
- Herbicide experience a plus
- Mow, water, and fertilize grass and shrubs utilizing mechanical, electrical, and gas powered tools
- Prune trees and hedges utilizing mechanical and electrical tools
- Plant grass, flowers, trees and shrubs using gardening tools
- Mix and spray or spread fertilizer, herbicides, insecticides using hand or automatic sprayer/spreaders
- Able to use hand tools
Work Hours: 6am to 3:30pm Monday - Friday
Qualifications:- Must be able to pass a drug test.
- Must be able to pass a security background check.
- Must be 18 years of age.
