Fairview is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our primary care practice at M Health Fairview Clinics – Oakdale. Come join our well-established clinic where you can build the career you want and you and your family can be part of a thriving community!
Practice Details:
- 11 provider primary care practice which includes 9 Family Medicine Physicians and 2 Nurse Practitioners.
- Patient encounters average 15-18 patients per day.
- Opening: 1.0 FTE - 34 patient contact hours per week for full time - flexible schedule.
- Call Frequency: 5 weeks per year.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
Location: M Health Fairview Clinic - Oakdale is located in the picturesque suburb of Oakdale, a suburb of Saint Paul, on the eastern side of the Twin Cities Metropolitan area (~10 minutes from Woodbury, MN).

Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Family Medicine residency training program.
- BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA.
- Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
- Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges (if required).

Physician Benefits
The posted pay range is for a 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on a 1.0 FTE schedule.
Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
