Schedule: Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants must be willing to work this schedule.
Role Type: Full time
Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year + annual bonus
Actual compensation offered will be determined individually, based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.

Summary:
The VP, Head of Architecture will report directly to the SVP, Head of Engineering and Architecture. This leader will be responsible for establishing and driving enterprise and solution architecture strategies that align technology capabilities with business objectives. The individual will be a key advisor across strategic initiatives, promoting reusability, scalability, and innovation through a cohesive architecture practice. The role will partner closely with business, product, and engineering leaders across the organization and will chair the Architecture Review Board.
