We are an outsourced marketing firm call center used by multiple law firms across the country. Our team helps source and screen personal injury leads for lawyers to retain and represent potential claims. If you are looking for a dynamic role with a rapid growth company, we are hiring a Staff Accountant to take care of our company day to day financial tasks.
You will be responsible for both accounts payable and receivable along with payroll and bank account management and reconciliation tasks. To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should have previous experience using Quick Books.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Recording day-to-day financial transactions and completing the posting process.
- Track company bank accounts, deposits and balances; report regularly to management.
- Reconcile and verify all company invoices and monthly statements, assign payments to applicable cost centers.
- Processing accounts receivable and payable.
- Work with external vendors to resolve any invoice problems or inaccuracies.
- Understanding ledgers.
- Handling payroll using payroll software.
Skills:
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's in accounting or business administration.
- Knowledge of payables, budgeting, and accounting best practices.
- Knowledge of accounting software.
- 1+ years of accounts payable & receivable, general ledger, and payroll experience.
- Strong background in real estate and investment management, including property operations and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail and accuracy of work.
- Experience working with Quick Books, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
