Job Overview/Summary

About the Role:

The Maintenance Technician contributes to the hotel's commitment to high quality guest experience and teamwork by safely and efficiently maintaining the property. From overseeing plumbing and electrical to HVAC and pool maintenance, you assist with general facilities upkeep. Your day will begin with a well-laid out schedule likely including preventative maintenance and grounds work and will be adjusted to accommodate the anticipated work orders reported by your fellow hotel teammates and guests.

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality work to ensure minimal disruption to guests. Embracing technology and technological systems to better your property is essential.

About You:

You enjoy working independently while understanding the team collaboration needed to provide high level customer service. You thrive in completing orderly preventative maintenance tasks while rising to the occasion as you go to the aid of a team member or guest in distress to fix their broken whatchamacallit. You have "Mac Gyver" type handy-man skills with basic experience in construction trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, heating and air conditioning (PTAC cleaning), painting, caulking, and any similar skills.

Your problem-solving skills and attention to detail, along with your technical knowledge and friendly demeanor are your superpowers.

What You Gain:

You'll be part of a team committed to an inclusive, employee-focused workplace that is invested in your development. We want you to feel engaged, empowered, and excited to grow with us. We believe our greatest and most valuable asset is our people! We provide a rewarding, fun and flexible work environment, exciting perks, and an atmosphere designed to encourage and promote career growth within the company.

About Us:
