Your Role & Responsibilities

• Act as the critical liaison between internal stakeholders, development teams, and end users
• Define, analyze, and document business requirements to support strategic IT initiatives
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and align project scope
• Improve and document business workflows for enhanced efficiency and user experience
• Support change management, training, and release governance
• Help advance the Business Analyst practice across departments
• Utilize tools like user interviews, use cases, surveys, and system analysis to uncover needs and build solutions

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 3+ years of Business Analyst experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience as outlined below)
• Hands-on experience in business transformation and process improvement
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, Lucid, and service/project management tools
• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and experience with requirement management from discovery through delivery
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with ITSM tools and incident management processes
• Ability to manage workflows independently and provide ongoing status reporting

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience in healthcare or familiarity with healthcare IT systems and terminology
• Exposure to ITIL principles and service management practices
• Certifications in business analysis, Agile, or project management

Education & Certifications You Need:

• High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of experience and Business Analyst training/certification OR
• Associate’s degree with 2+ years of experience OR
• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience
