Pay: $20/hour

Position Objective:

This is a temporary position (start April/May through August) at either part time or full time hours (20-40 hours per week) helping provide Customer Service by addressing customer inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction for our IONIQ skincare brand. Ability to work from home a couple of days a week with a couple of days in office at our Plymouth location.

Duties:

  • Handle Emails, Phones, Live chat and Meta DM’s (Facebook, X, Instagram) & comments.
  • Assist with customer order needs (revisions and returns) in Shopify.
  • Help manage returns and product support/troubleshooting.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the external fulfillment center regarding business needs (Inbound inventory and supplies scheduling, new product set up information, revisions to customer orders, scheduling return products to IONIQ).
  • Qualifications:

  • Customer service experience.
  • Preferred background or experience in sales, retail, e-commerce.
  • Shopify knowledge a plus.
  • Beauty Industry experience a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Google.
