We are looking for a skilled Online Resource Developer to create and manage high-quality digital study materials, interactive learning tools, and academic resources for students. The ideal candidate will have a background in education, instructional design, or content development, with a strong ability to organize and present information in an engaging manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop digital educational content such as study guides, practice tests, tutorials, and e-learning modules.
  • Create interactive learning experiences using multimedia tools, gamification elements, and visual aids.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of educational materials.
  • Analyze student feedback to improve and update existing resources for better learning outcomes.
  • Optimize content for online platforms to enhance accessibility and engagement.
  • Stay updated on educational trends and emerging technologies to incorporate innovative teaching methods.
Position Requirements
Bachelor, 1+ Years work experience
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or a related field.
  • Experience in developing digital learning materials for online education platforms.
  • Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, H5P, Camtasia).
  • Strong skills in content writing, editing, and instructional design principles.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, or Canvas is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript for interactive content development.
  • Prior experience in K-12, higher education, or corporate training sectors.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
