What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Evaluate data from the EDPS database using SQL to identify gaps in processing

Conduct adhoc reporting to investigate metrics and determine sources of concerns

Perform quality reporting, analysis, and audits to support continuous quality improvement

Assist in special projects, providing creative solutions for data challenges

Host and manage external client meetings, ensuring clear communication and expectations

What is Required (Qualifications):

3+ years of direct client-facing experience/engagement

2+ years of healthcare EDI experience on 837 claims submission and response processing

2+ years of PL/SQL experience with the ability to query

2+ years of experience with process improvement and evaluation of business processes

1+ years of experience supporting CMS regulations

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1+ years of UNIX experience

Exposure to clinical healthcare coding terminology

Medicare Advantage risk adjustment experience

Experience with database management systems (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

Proven understanding of healthcare EDI business flow and SQL scripting
