We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated AI Developer to join our Offensive Security Team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cybersecurity. This role involves developing and implementing advanced AI solutions to identify, exploit, and mitigate security vulnerabilities in various systems and networks.
You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and deploy AI models and algorithms to enhance offensive security capabilities
- Conduct research on emerging AI technologies and their applications in cybersecurity
- Collaborate with offensive testers such as red team and penetration testers to build and integrate AI solutions into offensive security tools and frameworks
- Utilize AI to analyze and interpret large datasets to identify patterns and anomalies that could indicate security threats
- Develop automated systems for vulnerability assessment, exploitation, and threat detection
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and cybersecurity to ensure the team remains at the forefront of the field
- Partner to provide innovative solutions to team members

Required Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in programming and development with a focus on cyber security solutions
- 2+ years of experience developing AI solutions in a cybersecurity context
- 2+ years of experience working with customers to translate technical requirements into software solutions
- 2+ years proven solid programming skills in languages such as PHP, Python, Java, and .net
- 1+ years of demonstrated familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Jupyter Notebook
- 1+ years of offensive security techniques/ knowledge, including penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and exploit development
- Certifications such as PWPP or CEH
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision
- Proven knowledge of ethical hacking and red teaming methodologies

The salary range for this role is $124,500 to $239,400 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. United Health Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, United Health Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
