A respected veterinary clinic in Islamorada, Florida, is seeking an enthusiastic Associate Veterinarian to join its dedicated team. This clinic provides a wide range of medical and surgical services in a collaborative environment, making it an excellent opportunity for both new graduates and experienced veterinarians. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional, relationship-based care to both patients and clients
  • Collaborate with a skilled clinical team and leadership to ensure the best patient outcomes
  • Build lasting relationships within the practice and the Islamorada community
  • Mentor and support staff through the internal Level Up training program
  • Manage a diverse caseload of surgeries and appointments efficiently during clinic hours

Required Qualifications:

  • DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
  • Active veterinary license in good standing (or the ability to obtain a state license)
