Development
- Execute QA testing in partnership with our business teams & vendor contribute clean code to ensure a consistently high-quality standard.
- Working closely and collaborating with multiple departments & vendors to design, develop and modify software applications based on functional and system requirements, according to code standards and user interface design guidelines.
- Understand and be able to explain the roles and responsibilities within the Scrum Team and how to work in an Agile environment.
- Install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, if required supporting work with Group IT supporting.
- Talk user through a series of actions, either face-to-face, over the phone or remoting, to help set up systems or resolve issues
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Support the roll-out of new applications
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Programming or a related field.
- Knowledgeable about the software development life cycle (Agile, Waterfall)
- Use tool for automate excel (VBA) reporting, Power Bi, Sun System reporting service (plug-in)
- Familiar with online payment processing
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Communication and problem solving.
- Flexibility
