Job Description

Title: ECG Analyst

Location:
Plymouth, MN

Duration: 4 months+

Remote is OK

Responsibilities

Engage customers/clients/vendors on the specifics of the project.

Coordinate with customers/clients/vendors the schedule for changes.

Liaison between ECG staff and customers/clients/vendors during implementation of change.

Tracking of project status.

Validation of customer/clients/vendor changes.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

3+ years experience with Microsoft Office.

Ability to work with different groups to drive results.

Ability to work with little or no supervision.

Additional Qualifications

Knowledge of File Transfer protocols (SFTP, FTP, HTTP).

Experience with Helpdesk tools preferably HPSM.

Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
