Your Role & Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable IAM data pipelines with strong ETL/ELT practices
• Lead the development of a cloud-hosted IAM Data Fabric integrating sources like SailPoint, SAM, Cyber Ark, and Entra
• Define and enforce IAM data governance, quality, and architecture standards
• Drive onboarding of applications to IAM systems including SSO, PAM, and Authorization services
• Support the automation of access certification cycles and streamline JML (Joiner/Mover/Leaver) processes
• Develop detailed documentation, reports, and visual diagrams (eg, data flow, logical/conceptual architectures)
• Partner with internal IAM teams, sponsors, and leadership to ensure compliance with HHS Cybersecurity Performance Goals and FICAM standards
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices across the organization

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 5+ years of experience programming in SQL with hands-on work building data pipelines
• 3+ years of experience maintaining automated data assets and managing large datasets
• Strong understanding of IAM architecture and strategy, especially in enterprise settings
• Familiarity with SAFe Agile practices and working in Microsoft Azure Dev Ops environments
• Excellent documentation, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and adapt to changing requirements and timelines
• Commitment to ethics, professionalism, and data security protocols

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience aligning solutions with the FICAM model and HHS Cybersecurity Performance Goals
• Background in application onboarding to SailPoint, SSO, PAM platforms
• Understanding of risk-based access certifications and real-time JML strategies
• Proficiency in modern cloud data services or event-driven architectures

Education & Certifications You Need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field – OR – equivalent hands-on experience (5+ years)
• Relevant certifications in IAM, cybersecurity, or cloud technologies are a plus
