Westlake Charter School is seeking a dynamic, flexible, and innovative art teacher who collaborates to provide a high-quality, personalized education for their students. Westlake Charter School is a public charter school created by parents and educators in the Natomas area of Sacramento. Our vision is to encourage global-mindedness and develop students as joyful, life-long learners.

We're looking for individuals who are:

Collaborative and enjoy working as a team

Familiar with and enjoy using technology as a tool in the classroom

Experienced using digital devices including Chromebooks

Organized and able to create a rigorous and respectful learning environment

Creative and innovative in what they bring to their classroom

Comfortable with using student achievement data to guide classroom instruction
