Position Overview:
Stockbridge is seeking an Analyst to join the Portfolio Management team within the Core and Value-Add (“CVA”) platform. This role will specifically focus on Stockbridge’s Value Fund series, comprising three active vehicles. The Analyst will gain direct exposure to fund- and asset-level financial analysis, investor reporting, and valuation processes.
PrimaryDuties And
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain detailed financial models in Excel at the property and fund levels.
- Support quarterly valuations, collaborating with asset management teams.
- Prepare quarterly and annual client reports and investor correspondence.
- Evaluate existing investments to inform portfolio strategies.
Competencies:
- BA/BS degree from an accredited institution, preferably in real estate, finance, business, accounting, or economics.
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in real estate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel with strong modeling capabilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple work streams and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to synthesize and present complex financial information clearly.
- Collaborative team player with a proactive, resourceful approach.
This position will travel as needed.
Compensation:Competitive. The base pay scale for this position is $110,000 to $140,000 annually, depending on various factors. A discretionary annual bonus is also included, along with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401K plan with a match.
