We are currently seeking a Team Lead who has a passion for what they do and is excited to become the next member of our dynamic team.

- Be responsible for and oversee world-class installation of plants, sod, mulch, irrigation, and drainage for our clients.
- Represent the company well on-site through good communication with clients and fellow team members, maintain clean work sites and respectable looking equipment and trucks.
- Oversee and participate in the loading of vehicles and preparation for the job site.
- Ensure that the whole team works on tasks assigned that day that contribute to the completion of that specific project.
- Maintain communication with the Project Manager.

- 2+ years of landscape experience Required.
- 2+ years of leadership experience preferred.
- Valid Driver’s license - Required
- Knowledge of how to use landscape-related equipment - Required
- Experience with irrigation, drainage & landscape installation.
- Ability to remain professional in difficult circumstances.
- Capable of understanding instructions and performing tasks adeptly and efficiently.
- Ability to develop a knowledge of the job flow and processes for completing tasks.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding role that may include prolonged periods of standing and lifting over 50 pounds.
Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour - DOE
