Provide guidance and support to sellers and buyers for successful property marketing and purchase transactions.
Understand client‘s needs and financial abilities to propose tailored solutions.
Facilitate negotiations, ensuring a fair and honest dealing, while consulting clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate property values accurately.
Effectively display and market real properties to attract potential buyers.

Requirements Proven track record of successful sales in the real estate industry
Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong communication and negotiation abilities
Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation and valid driver‘s license
Minimum age of 18
