Position Overview

Pro Tree is seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our team! This opportunity has opened due to an internal promotion - a reflection of our commitment to career growth and development. This role is integral to the success of our daily operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Be a great teammate to everyone at Pro Tree. Work daily in a way that accomplishes Pro Tree's mission in accordance with the values.
  • Communicate with customers in a way that represents Pro Tree well.
  • Answer all incoming calls, assist with inquiries, and direct to appropriate parties.
  • Monitor and answer all incoming emails and subsequent duties.
  • Monitor and answer all incoming texts and subsequent duties.
  • Manage schedules for sales arborists, book consultations with customers, and handle new client intake.
  • Independently create, organize, and maintain documents and spreadsheets.
  • Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.
  • Provide help to other employees on various projects when needed.
  • Required Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage administrative tasks and handle customer service interactions with professionalism.
  • Experience with data entry, document organization, and spreadsheet management.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in general office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn and grow with the company.
  • Qualifications

  • One or more years of experience in a customer service or administrative role.
  • Scheduling experience, ideally in a field service or home services environment.
  • Experience using CRM or customer database systems.
  • Exposure or interest in the arboriculture or tree care industry.
  • Interest in marketing and communications.
  • Post-secondary education (not required but a plus).
  • Compensation & Benefits

    Earning Potential: $21-$27 per hour
