    • Identify, gather, and clean data from various sources
    • Determine which data are available and useful for various projects
    • Transform data into usable formats for various stakeholder analysis, including PLC teams, buildings leadership teams, departments (SPED, ML, LTE, etc), and Superintendent/School Board
  • Data Analysis & Modeling
    • Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify patterns and trends
    • Develop predictive models to forecast outcomes
    • Build and evaluate statistical models
    • Create, validate, test, and update algorithms and models
  • Insight Generation & Communication
    • Extract actionable insights from data analysis
    • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through data visualizations and reports
    • Communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Problem Solving & Decision Making
    • Use data to identify and address current challenges
    • Develop data-driven solutions to improve processes & outcomes
  • Collaboration & Teamwork
    • Work to ensure data quality and accessibility

  • Assessment Coordinator - 30% of the time
    • Manage and Coordinate all District Assessment and Testing Systems (ACT, ACCESS, MCA, Fast Bridge, etc.)
      • Coordinate and manage all testing systems used by the District
        • Train School Assessment Coordinators on mandated testing protocols
        • Coordinate building testing schedules for all required assessments
        • Actively problem-solve issues for accommodations for ACT, ACCESS and MCA’s
        • Renew all annual tests
        • Plan for annual platform updates & prepare various stakeholders for changes
      • Coordinate with the Technology Department
        • Ensure devices function properly for testing platforms
        • Resolve technology issues within testing programs
      • Update and maintain the Data and Testing website for the District
      • Upload ACT student scores to Infinite Campus and distribute and communicate annual reports
      • Generate reports for Academic Awards & Scholarships
      • Generate reports for programs (ADSIS, A & I, Indian Ed, AVID, Title I, etc.)
  • Management of Accountability & Reporting
    • Comprehensive Achievement and Civic Readiness (CACR)
    • North Star accountability reports
    • Compliance reports related to duties
  • Qualifications:
    • Experience with school-based information systems for data retrieval and reporting (e.g. Fast Bridge, Infinite Campus, etc)
    • Understanding of MDE required assessments and reporting structures
    • Knowledge of how to use data systems to drive school and district improvement
    • Skills in displaying, interpreting and communicating data to a variety of stakeholders, including teachers, parents, administrators, and school board
    • Teaching license preferred
    Skills Required:
    • Proficiency in statistical analysis, experience with data visualization tools, familiarity with databases and data warehousing
    • Ability to identify patterns and trends in data
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
    • Ability to solve complex problems using data
    • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely

    Salary can range anywhere between $50,000 to $118,444 depending upon education level and experience.
