Position Introduction/KeyDuties
Cimarron is seeking skilled Construction Project Managers to join our team supporting a classified government project in Chantilly, VA and Springfield, VA. In this role, you will oversee construction and renovation projects to ensure timely delivery, quality assurance, and compliance with project specifications and government standards.
Key Duties:- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of construction and renovation projects.
- Coordinate with teams to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement solutions to maintain project integrity.
- Prepare and deliver project updates, schedules, and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, safety standards, and contractual requirements.
- Conduct site inspections to verify project progress and adherence to plans.
Education:
- Due to facility security requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for consideration at this time.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
- 5 or more years of project management experience for construction projects.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and government compliance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Education:
- Experience managing construction projects, preferably on government contracts.
- Experience supporting operations and maintenance contracts or working in secure facilities.
