THE ICONIC is on the hunt for a dynamic Loyalty Campaign Specialist to join our team and lead the charge in crafting unforgettable customer experiences!

The ICONIC has embarked on an exciting journey to enhance customer loyalty, and the role of Loyalty Campaign Coordinator is pivotal in bringing this vision to life. This position will be instrumental in assisting with designing and executing innovative loyalty campaigns that engage and retain our valued customers, focusing on precise customer segmentation and personalized communication strategies to boost customer engagement and retention.

About the Role:

  • Deliver initiatives to drive customer loyalty that are inline with key loyalty objectives
  • Build customer communications and journeys
  • Campaign Execution:
    Support the development and launch of loyalty campaigns, ensuring they align with brand goals and customer interests.
  • Data Collection and Segmentation:
    Gather and organize customer data to assist in segmenting audiences for targeted loyalty offers.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    Track and report on the performance of loyalty campaigns, providing basic insights to the team for optimization.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work closely with other teams to support integrated campaign efforts and learn from cross-functional collaboration.
  • Report Preparation:
    Assist in preparing reports on campaign outcomes and contribute to team discussions with findings.
  • Compliance Support:
    Ensure campaigns comply with relevant regulations and company policies, with guidance from senior staff.

What it takes

  • A passion for all things retail (it’s what we do)
  • 3-4 years experience in a similar role in CRM/Loyalty or managing data driven communications
  • Willing participant in a strong and supportive team environment
  • Experience with CRM platforms preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce strategies.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Legal right to work in Australia
