As the Clinical Director at Healing
US Centers, you will play a vital role in shaping the clinical landscape of our organization. You will oversee the management of clinical deliverables for all individuals receiving services, ensuring high-quality care is provided to clients dealing with mental health and substance use disorders. As a key member of the management team, you will provide vision and leadership to guarantee that services are effectively delivered, monitored, and evaluated.
In this strategic role, you will manage the clinical team, which includes supervision, documentation review, and implementing quality improvement measures. You will be responsible for developing programs, performance management, and tracking clinical outcomes to uphold the quality of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee the daily operations of the clinical department and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standardsManage and support clinical staff, providing mentorship, training, and performance evaluationsDevelop, implement, and evaluate clinical policies and proceduresMaintain a small caseload for direct client engagement and provide various therapeutic interventionsCollaborate with other departments to ensure integrated service delivery and client careParticipate in community outreach and represent the organization at public eventsRequirements
Qualifications:Valid clinical license in the state of FL (LMHC or equivalent preferred) with Qualified Supervisor EligibilityMinimum of five years of administrative and supervisory experience in clinical services, preferably in mental health and substance use disorder treatmentExtensive knowledge of behavioral health services, including assessment, treatment modalities, and counseling techniquesProficient in performance management and development of clinical KPIsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to pass Level II background checks and adhere to onboarding requirementsBenefits
