DVM: Associate Veterinarian

A partner hospital in Valdosta, GA is seeking a passionate, skilled, and compassionate Associate Veterinarian to join their team. • Leadership and Trust:
  Serve as a leader within the practice, upholding trust and respect with both staff and clients.
• Staff Development:
  Support the growth and development of staff through the Level Up clinical training program.
• Client Relationships:
  Promote the human-animal bond by delivering exceptional client experiences and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients.
• Caseload Management:
  Effectively manage multiple patients and varying priorities, including physical examinations, diagnostic tests, treatments, and surgeries.
• Surgical and Medical Care:
  Perform surgeries, administer treatments, and collaborate with clients to develop personalized care plans.

• DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary college (or completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
• Active license to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Georgia, or the ability to obtain a license.
• Experience in small animal practice, with proficiency in surgery, diagnostics, and patient care.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and staff.
