About Our Client:
Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client, a dynamic organization operating in government contracting and construction. We are seeking a reliable and proactive Executive Assistant to join their team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support high-level executives in a fast-paced environment.

The Executive Assistant will provide critical support to company leadership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities. Candidates must handle confidential information with discretion and operate independently to manage tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and prioritize schedules, emails, and phone communications for executives.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodations, and creating detailed itineraries.
  • Prepare for and support meetings by organizing materials, scheduling rooms, and tracking action items.
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, mailing, and maintaining office organization.
  • Handle document preparation and submission on various platforms, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist with expense report management and oversee small projects as assigned.
  • Utilize software tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite and, ideally, Quick Books.
  • Support office needs, including ordering supplies or coordinating minor errands as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of administrative or executive assistant experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Quick Books is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and handle tasks with minimal supervision.
  • US Citizenship required due to government contracting requirements.
  • Must be able to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
  • Business casual attire required.
Additional Details:
  • 100% in-office role with hours from 8 AM to 5 PM (one-hour lunch break). Some flexibility is possible.
  • Background check required (criminal).
  • This is a contract-to-hire position, starting as a three-month contract with potential for permanent placement.
