Job Description:
As a Dispute Resolution Specialist I, you will guide consumers through the dispute resolution process, providing detailed explanations of eligibility requirements and procedures. After an initial training period (3-6 weeks) onsite, you’ll transition to a hybrid schedule. This role focuses on customer service within a call center environment and requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls and assist consumers with filing claims via phone or online.Explain dispute resolution program details and eligibility, referring cases to management as needed.Address basic inquiries regarding state-specific lemon laws.Assist with consumer outreach and support special projects to achieve program goals.Qualifications:
4+ years of progressive call center experience with a focus on customer service.Bachelor's degree preferred.Familiarity with contact center systems such as Ring Central or Matterhorn.Experience in a Fortune 500 call center environment.MUST be Bilingual in English and SpanishAdditional Details:
Contract-to-hire position with structured training and potential for promotion.Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (60-minute unpaid lunch).Background check required, covering the past 10 years (federal, state, and county checks).Perks:
