PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Responsibilities include preparing and serving hot and cold food, beverages, and prepackaged snacks, candies; cleaning and sanitizing food service equipment and kitchen area, and operating a cash register.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and serve all items on the menu.
- Operate the cash register.
- Clean and sanitize all cooking and serving utensils and equipment to include soft serve and slushy machines.
- Report all needed supplies to the Lead Operator in a timely manner.
- Set up facilities for special events or rental groups.
- Utilize chemicals in the cleaning of facilities.
- Operate food service equipment and vend food and beverages to the public.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to perform varied tasks to completion without immediate supervision.
- The ability to provide written work communication such as daily inventory sheets, equipment maintenance requests, time sheets, incident reports etc as needed.
COMPENSATION:
$9.35/hour. There are no benefits for this seasonal position.
