PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Responsibilities include preparing and serving hot and cold food, beverages, and prepackaged snacks, candies; cleaning and sanitizing food service equipment and kitchen area, and operating a cash register.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare and serve all items on the menu.
  • Operate the cash register.
  • Clean and sanitize all cooking and serving utensils and equipment to include soft serve and slushy machines.
  • Report all needed supplies to the Lead Operator in a timely manner.
  • Set up facilities for special events or rental groups.
  • Utilize chemicals in the cleaning of facilities.
  • Operate food service equipment and vend food and beverages to the public.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Ability to perform varied tasks to completion without immediate supervision.
  • The ability to provide written work communication such as daily inventory sheets, equipment maintenance requests, time sheets, incident reports etc as needed.

COMPENSATION:

$9.35/hour. There are no benefits for this seasonal position.
