About the Role
We’re looking for a Finance & Business Operations Manager to oversee our financial operations, office management, and administrative workflows. In this hands-on role, you’ll manage accounts payable, receivable, invoicing, financial reporting, vendor management, and process improvements. You’ll also supervise our part-time Administrative Coordinator and act as a backup for HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage A/R, A/P, invoicing, and cash flow analysis.
- Prepare and present monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and multi-state sales tax filing requirements.
- Oversee office operations, including vendor management, supplies, facilities, and company vehicles.
- Supervise and mentor the Administrative Coordinator.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to resolve billing or operational questions.
- Act as a backup for HR processes, including onboarding and compliance support.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or business operations, ideally in a small business.
- Proficiency with Quick Books (required) and ADP Total Source (but not required).
- Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
- Knowledge of multi-state sales tax filing.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Experience supervising staff and improving processes is a plus.
- Experience in Managed IT Services is helpful but not required.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
