Job Description

Rapidly growing Commercial HVAC and Plumbing contractor is looking to add a Project Manager to their team to assist with this growth. We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in the Winona, Mississippi and surrounding areas.

Essential Duties:

  • Plan and implement construction projects utilizing various software tools.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Lead and manage project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify project issues and implement solutions.
  • Oversee project implementation from initiation to closure.
  • Complete data analysis and monitor expense-related items to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
  • Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

    • Minimum Requirements:

  • Proven experience in construction projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in utilizing tools such as Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to conduct root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques effectively.
