Mobile Facilities Technician B

Reyes Fleet Management is seeking a Mobile Facilities Technician B to help with repairs and racking maintenance throughout the region based out of the Manor, TX facility. This position requires the ability to travel up to 80% across multiple sites throughout our region.

Shift: Full-Time, Monday-Friday - Hours may vary - Occasional weekends
Pay: $25.00-$27.00/HR based on experience and qualifications

Position Responsibilities:

• The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks and repairs, skills including mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, and building and installing lighting and plumbing.
• As the Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will maintain the interior and exterior of the property by painting, remodeling, and repairing amenities.
• You will monitor and maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications as well as keep areas clean and organized.
• You will use a variety of hand and power tools to complete maintenance and repair tasks while also operating forklifts and heavy equipment.
• You will communicate daily with the Maintenance Manager and team about repairs and faulty operations.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 2 plus years of related experience.
• Ability to frequently lift 50 pounds, occasionally lift 100 pounds.
• Valid Driver’s License to operate applicable company vehicles.

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Technical School Certification.
