We are hiring for Full-Time and Part-Time Spa Concierges at our Woodbury location!
At The Woodhouse, we value our team members and strive for excellence with every guest experience. Our spa concierge makes the magic happen by providing the ultimate guest experience and invoking guest delight!
Responsibilities:
Provides personal attention from the time the guest walks through the door.Educates the guest on the Woodhouse experience including a warm welcome, introduction to our locker room and amenities, and helping them to have a seamless experience.Answers the phone with a smile each and every time.Is the brand ambassador, ensuring that the guest enters a clean, safe place with just the right lighting, music, and scent.Remembers the small details that make The Woodhouse special, such as the guest’s favorite drink, warm inviting neck wrap, and personal details like birthdays and anniversaries.Serves as backup for the leadership team, ensuring things run smoothly when they are busy.Woodhouse Perks:
