Responsibilities:

Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s landscape maintenance and snow removal procedures and processes, and be able to fluently communicate those to the current and prospective clients.

Maintain and protect the company’s professional image while interacting with clients and crew, and while performing other job duties.

Exhibit the company’s core values.

Maintain professional knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks.

Attend client networking events and outings.

Education:

High school Diploma. A four-year degree is preferred, but not required.
