Summer Art & Cookery School in Florence

Accademia Riaci:
One of the leading art and design academies in Italy, Accademia Riaci provides summer art courses, design courses, and culinary arts programs in Florence to students from around the world.

Our intensive summer programs are offered in subjects including fashion, painting, drawing, interior design, graphic design, jewelry making among many others.

Our summer art and design programs are taught in English or Italian. You can choose to study for 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks, 8 weeks, or 12 weeks. Private lessons are also available.

Location and Facilities:

Accademia Riaci is located in the center of the old city, conveniently situated between Duomo and Church of St. Lorenzo, only a three minute walk from the Firenze railway station.

Spend the afternoon hiking in Fiesole, watching the tourists crowd around the Gates of Paradise or shopping in Mercato San Lorenzo.

Eating an Italian meal, chatting at a wine bar, or dancing at one of the many discotecas...all of these activities can take up your whole evening!

On the weekends, you can travel to the Tuscan beaches, Rome, Milan and any other city.
