MESLS - Madison English as a Second Language School:
Located in Madison, Dane County, southeast Wisconsin, north-central United States, the Madison English as a Second Language School LLC (MESLS) teaches English to non-native speakers who would like to improve their English capability. MESLS is approved by the State of Wisconsin Educational Approval Board and also authorized by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to issue I-20s. MESLS is open to all adults 16 years of age and older who are capable of benefiting from instruction. We offer English programs at beginner, intermediate and advanced level.
We offer a TOEFL exam preparation course as well as supplemental courses in academic English, pronunciation, accent reduction, business English, business writing, American culture, academic vocabulary, creative and essay writing, current events, survival English, slang and other areas. Our curriculum is based on the four recognized language competency areas, communication, grammar, writing, and reading, with the recognition that language acquisition is a holistic process, Consequently, classroom instruction is wider than the textbook. MESLS is accredited by the Commission on International and Trans-Regional Accreditation (CITA).
Airport Pick-Up:
In addition to providing English as a Second Language classes and student housing, MESLS can arrange airport pickup service. At the student's request, a MESLS representative will meet him or her when he or she arrives at Madison airport. Madison Airport offers travellers a full range of flights to regional, national and international destinations.
