Portland State University is Oregon's largest university, offering more than 120 areas of study. Over 24,000 students attend PSU, including over 1000 international students from 90+ countries. Founded in 1964, the Intensive English Language Program (IELP) at Portland State University is one of the oldest university-based ESL programs in the western USA. The Institute of Intensive English (IIE) is the highest quality English school in Hawaii. We are a full-service English school located in Waikiki, Honolulu, one block from Waikiki Beach. IIE issues I-20s for U.S. student visas.
