International Summer School for Teens in Scotland, London & Oxford UK:
The opportunity to take part in all aspects of the creative process & enjoy your time in the spotlight! International Summer School for Teens provides an exclusive theatre / drama summer course for local and international students ages 12-17 in Stirling, Scotland (40 minutes from Edinburgh). Students select one academic-based morning study option (English Language, Journalism, Introduction to Law, Environmental Science (Sustainability and Conservation), Business Leadership and Innovation, or Pre-IB / Pre GCSE Study Skills), alongside the in-depth Theatre Camp.

3-week Theatre Course in Summer 2024:
• For students of ages 12-17 years old.
• Must be combined with either English Language, Journalism, Introduction to Law, Business Leadership and Innovation, Environmental Science (Sustainability and Conservation), or Pre-IB / Pre GCSE Study Skills course.

This class gives students insight into the theory behind theatre, as well as hands-on experience. Students work as a group to learn and develop the skills required to create, design, produce and star in a professional theatre production. Our theatre class is a challenging, intense and highly rewarding elective.

It’s great for developing confidence and communication skills in students of all ages, levels and backgrounds.

• Exercises that explore the techniques of acting
• Develop skills related to voice projection
• Explore the importance of movement in storytelling
• Understand the creative process in writing and producing a piece of work
• Reflecting both during and after the creative process
• Improvisation workshop
• Produce a theatre production for end of school performance
• Grow in self confidence
• Develop and apply skills in creating and performing a piece of theatre
• Develop an appreciation of the variety of forms, practices and traditions within theatre
• Develop individual communication skills
• Work as a team to produce a final school production.

3-week Residential Summer School with Theatre Camp in London, England:
• During July 2024 on the campus of Imperial College London, South Kensington.
• For Boys & Girls ages 13-18 years old (British & international students)
• Students choose 1 Academic course + the Theatre course.
• Social, teamwork and confidence building activities in afternoons & evenings.

• Intensive English / IELTS exam prep
• English Language with Creative Writing
• Extended Essay Writing
• Study Skills (PRE IB / GSCE Prep)
