ABC Languages, San Francisco CA & Online Russian Classes in USA:
Russian is not a difficult language to learn once you have the right instructor. At ABC Languages in Downtown San Francisco, our experienced and professional teachers provide group Russian classes for adults in a relaxed and social learning environment. We teach students of all levels - from total beginner to advanced. We also offer private Russian lessons for adult learners, teenagers and kids, which can take place at our school or at your home or office. For your convenience, day, evening, and weekend classes are available.

Russian Language Programs:
For adults, kids & teenagers 


•  Evening Russian Classes
Study for 6 weeks / 8 weeks / 12 weeks. Evening classes meet once a week for 1.5 hours.

In this class, you will learn to read and write the Cyrillic alphabet, and acquire basic grammar and vocabulary with the present and past tenses to develop basic conversational and practical skills.

Total Beginner classes are designed for people with no previous exposure to the language. There is a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 10 students per class.

If you have some background in the language, or if you already speak more than one language, we can provide a personalized recommendation based on your background.


•  Weekend Intensive Russian Classes
Our intensive Russian classes meet on Saturdays for 3 hours.

There is a minimum class size of 3 students and a maximum of 10. If enrollment is less than 3 students, lessons are shortened to 2 hours. 


•  Above Beginner Russian Group Classes:
If you are not a total beginner, we will evaluate your current level of Russian before confirming which class you will be enrolled in.

- Classes are 1.5 hours for 3 or more students
- Classes with less than 3 students meet for an hour.
- Make-up is an additional group class added the 13th consecutive week of the enrollment.


•  Private Russian Lessons:
Let us know your proficiency goals and we will recommend a schedule and program to meet those goals.

You are welcome to organize any schedule that suits you. Our experienced native Russian tutors are available 7 days per week and you can choose day or evening classes.

You can choose to meet with your teacher once a week, or you may wish to have intensive, daily classes.

The content of the classes can be customized to meet your specific needs and interests. You can focus on areas you feel you need to improve.

Tuition depends on the frequency of the lessons. Our prices are competitive - just let us know more and we will send you a price quote.


•  Skype / Online Russian Lessons:
Online Russian classes are one-on-one, private lessons with your own teacher. All you need is an Internet connection, web camera and audio headset.

Our teachers are U.S. based and all speak English fluently, while also being native speakers of the language they teach. They are professional teachers whom we all know personally and who also teach live classes in our New York City and San Francisco schools.

Just log in to Skype and meet your teacher virtually at a time convenient for you. Learn at your own pace, and focus on the areas that most need improvement.
