Marbella Design Academy:
Founded in 1995, Marbella Design Academy is a leading international design school in Spain, state-recognised by the Ministry of Education. Our students can choose between 3-year academic studies, a 3-month design foundation course - all taught entirely in English. We offer 3-year Bachelor of Arts - BA (Hons) degree programmes in Interior Architecture, Graphic Design & Fashion Design, awarded by the University of Bedfordshire, UK (These BA degree titles are state-recognised in the UK).

3-Year Diploma & Degree Design Programmes - Taught in English:
Besides all compulsory subjects taught in each 3-year course below, students receive comprehensive training in the cutting-edge professional computer programmes used in industrial settings, such as Auto-Cad, 3D Studio Max, Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Adobe Premier.

Interior Architecture & Design BA (Hons) validated programme
Study Interior Architecture & Design in English at Marbella Design Academy in sunny Spain and be awarded an official UK Bachelor of Arts with Honours degree in Interior Architecture & Design by our UK partner, the University of Bedfordshire.

After graduation from Marbella Design Academy, you are awarded your official BA (Hons) degree in Interior Architecture & Design, validated and awarded by the University of Bedfordshire (UK).

When awarded your official BA (Hons) degree in Interior Architecture & Design, you can apply for a Master’s Degree at University of Bedfordshire or any other University of your choice.

Working as a professional Interior Architect, your creative expression is limited only by your own imagination!

Designed to provide you with knowledge and understanding of all aspects of the interior architecture process, this course commences twice a year, in September and January.

Some of the tutors on this course work professionally within the interior design industry on a local and international level.

Graphic Design & Media BA (Hons) validated programme

This course commences twice a year, in September and January. Graduates will be well prepared to enter the professional marketplace, with the necessary resources that will allow you to excel in this fast-paced design industry.

This validated Fashion Design programme provides you with the highest caliber of education in the Fashion Design industry, in a wonderful and inspiring atmosphere. This course commences twice a year, in September and January.

Design Foundation Course:

The 12-week Design Foundation Course is the perfect solution for all students who would like to improve their passion for Design or who have the dream of a BA university degree in Design, but do not have the required academic background to enter directly into our Bachelor of Arts Validated programmes.

The aim of this Design Foundation Course is to introduce students to the practice of being a designer. It will help them develop creative expression and their ideas, add meaning and context to their designs, and to identify where their design skills best lie.

On successful completion of the Design Foundation Course of the Marbella Design Academy, students are awarded a Design Foundation Course certificate of completion. Additionally, they will be eligible to enrol in one of our three-year International Bachelor of Arts with Honours validated programmes.

To ensure that all students have the possibility to access our three-year undergraduate design programmes, we are now offering the very flexible opportunity of attending this Design Foundation Course either at the Academy itself or even without leaving the confines of the home on both February and May intake.
Any student who chooses to attend virtually will still benefit from tutor attention and guidance through an interactive live-streaming system.  Students will be able to connect with our tutor in real-time and ask any questions they might have as they arise.

This 12-week Design Foundation Course, developed under the sole responsibility of Marbella Design Academy, is the perfect solution for students that do not fulfil the entrance requirements for entering our three-year Bachelor of Arts validated programmes, or are in doubt as to which BA (Hons) validated programme in Design to choose.


Spanish Language Tuition:
Two educations in one! Students have the option of learning Spanish alongside their design course. Free Spanish classes are held twice a week after tuition hours during the academic year in all 3 years. These Spanish classes are voluntary.
