D'Angon Academy English Camp:
Are you searching for an English language immersion program in California for your child? D'Angon Academy for Language Acquisition provides academic year-round ESL homestay programs for students entering 4th-8th Grade and summer ESL camps for children ages 3-16. We also offer camps for groups of ESL students. Located just 50 miles south of Los Angeles, 80 miles north of San Diego, and 6 miles inland from the Pacific Ocean, the city of Irvine is rated one of the safest cities of its size in the United States. Homestay students reside in a home with a local family. Our courses combine quality English classes with a range of excursions to popular tourist destinations. English Language Summer Camps for Juniors
- For individual students ages 3-16 & ESL Groups of all ages

- Year-round & Summer Programs

- Camp Duration: 1 week (Students can stay for as many weeks as you wish)

- Separate camps for 3-5 year olds and 6-16 year olds 

- English language classes for 3-4 hours each morning. All English classes use different disciplines to teach the language: Art, Science, Literature, and Games & Logic.

- Excursions to popular attractions such as Disneyland or Sea World with English activities integrated into the excursion

Typical Camp Day:
- 6:30 - 7:30am: Breakfast
- 7:30 - 9:30am: Classroom English instruction
- 9:30: Depart for excursion
- 10:00am - 4:00pm: English activities integrated into excursion
- 4:00pm: Depart for D'Angon campus
- 5:00 - 6:00pm: Free time
- 6:00 - 7:00pm: Dinner
- 7:00 - 8:30pm: Building connections
- 8:30pm: Retreat to dorm rooms
- 9:30pm: Lights out


Academic Year ESL Immersion Homestay Program:
For high-achieving students entering 4th – 8th Grade

This homestay program is for a minimum of 2 weeks and a maximum of 10 months and is designed as a preparation for students who will most likely attend high school or university in the United States. Academic features include:

- Students will attend the prestigious Montessori on the Lake school in Lake Forest, CA.

- This school has small class sizes and personalized attention for students.

- 98% of the student population are native English speakers.

- The school is located along a beautiful lake. Students are continually exposed to a beautiful learning environment.

- Students will have all subject matter taught in English.
