YourMandarin Chinese Language School, Chongqing:
Founded in 2010, YourMandarin Chinese Language School is the first QMS (Qualified Mandarin School) in Chongqing in south-western China, approx. 2.5 hours flight from Beijing & Shanghai. We are located in the Sichuan Area, totally bathed in a Traditional Chuan Shu Chinese culture. We now have 3 campuses in Chongqing.

In 2012, YourMandarin was approved by IATCSOL (International Association for Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages), and became a QMS Center in China.

YourMandarin is dedicated to delivering courses across four main themes, namely, Conversational Mandarin, Business Mandarin, Chinese Test Preparation course and Chinese culture. Now our Mandarin Courses have been approved by 5 Consulates and many multinational companies here.

So far, we've trained over thousands of students. No matter whether you want to solve the survival communication problems in daily life, pass the Chinese tests, learn business Mandarin or study Mandarin by systems, we can help you all based on your study requests.

- Our teaching methods:
The frequently employed teaching mode in YourMandarin is one-on-one class and one-on-two class. Compared with large-scale classes in universities, our class enjoys the advantage that teachers can design courses according to a student’s Chinese level and his or her needs.

Additionally, easy interaction with teachers and situational dialogues are often adopted creating an active atmosphere. Apart from the textbooks used by most TCSL (Teaching Chinese as a Second Language) teachers, we provide extra teaching materials according to the demands of every student.

We decide on the best teaching mode from abundant teaching experience, and we believe that students can easily apply what they have learned to daily use. We feel this is the most efficient way to study Chinese.

- Teaching Environment: 
Bathed in the authentic Chinese culture of YourMandarin, Students have a relaxed and comfortable environment for learning Mandarin. Besides Chinese Pu Erh tea, students can also have a cup of coffee or lemonade while enjoying the splendid river view here.

- Our Activities:
We organize a variety of activities, like enjoying chadao (tea ceremony), taking in the charm of Chinese calligraphy, playing mahjong, travelling around Chongqing, etc. Students are also welcome to give suggestions on where they would like to go and what they would prefer to learn about.

YourMandarin provides 3 accommodation options: studio apartment, hotel room, and homestay.

- Studio Apartment:
YourMandarin can arrange for our students to live in a studio apartment which is only a 5-minute walk from our language school. The apartment was chosen for its reasonable price and excellent facilities and service.

With a splendid river view from some of the rooms, the complex has a security access control system and provides a cleaning service.

- Homestay with a Local Chinese Family:
Living with a Chinese host family is the best way to quickly improve your Mandarin skills and to experience Chinese culture and hospitality for yourself.

We will carefully select your host family based on a number of factors, including convenient location, comfort and cleanliness of the home environment, quality of the meals provided, educational background, and lifestyle.
