MESLS - Madison English as a Second Language School:Located in Madison, Dane County, southeast Wisconsin, north-central United States, the Madison English as a Second Language School LLC (MESLS) teaches English to non-native speakers who would like to improve their English capability. MESLS is approved by the State of Wisconsin Educational Approval Board and also authorized by the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to issue I-20s. MESLS is open to all adults 16 years of age and older who are capable of benefiting from instruction. We offer English programs at beginner, intermediate and advanced level.
