Apart from the usual representational functions, the Embassy also provides consular services to Singaporeans working/residing in Manila. In addition, it also processes and issues Entry Visa to non-citizens who wish to enter Singapore.

Services provided by the Embassy:

  • Issuance of passports;
  • Dealing with Singapore citizenship matters;
  • Issuance/renewal of certificate of identity;
  • Registration of Singaporeans overseas;
  • Providing notarial services;
  • Consular assistance to Singaporean citizens;
  • Contact relatives or friends in case of emergencies;
  • Issuance of emergency travel documents;
  • Issuance of visas.

In case Singaporean passport is lost/stolen, Singaporean citizens need to do the following:

  1. Lodge a police report (in the country of loss) and ask for a copy of this report.
  2. Bring two passport-sized photographs, taken against a white background in matte finish. Instant photographs are acceptable.
  1. Report, in person, to the Embassy's Consular Section. Bring along the copy of the police report and documentary proof of their citizenship and their identity, preferably with their photograph on it e.g. Identity Card, when they do so.

The Embassy processes visa application for foreigners who require a visa to enter Singapore. Citizens of the Philippines do not need a visa to visit Singapore.

The Embassy is closed on Saturdays, Sundays, Philippine public holidays and Singapore's National Day (9 August).
